Phyllis & The Wide Open Field marked the beginning of a journey. Made in our original distillery in Hardwick, VT, it was among the first 53 gallon barrels we ever filled and patiently aged, moving with us to our new home in Montpelier, VT.

We released our first barrel of whiskey in December, 2023. It sold out in just three days, and we knew we were on to something special.
4 year single barrel rye whiskey
Mashbill: 84% VT Rye & 16% VT Barley
Proof: Cask Strength 124.68 proof
Nose: vanilla, cherry candy, gingerbread, candied orange zest and baking spice
Palate: Luxardo cherry, cinnamon, brown butter, caramel and sweet cola
Finish: exceptionally long with a warming blend of red hot candies and sweet oak
